It is only a 5 minutes' walk to the ocean. This 3-bdr/4-bath 2-story house is brand new and beautifully decorated, with an open floor plan between the living areas and kitchen.

 

BEACH ACCESS

Beach access is provided via the city boardwalk meandering alongside of Little Lagoon, the Little Lagoon Pass Park and the Pier. Spend the day at the beach or kayaking in Little Lagoon.

 

OTHER ACTIVITIES

Choose to either dine at home or at one of the many award-winning restaurants in the area. Gulf Shores is not just a vacation destination, it is a lifestyle - this fabulous tourist community is known for the whitest sand beaches, fishing, golfing, boating, incredible seafood and a family-friendly atmosphere. Best of all, we have a resort-style pool for you to enjoy on those hot summer days. Its design and function is the definition of luxury. The water is clear and warm and the entire pool is surrounded by a sundeck to lay out and soak up some rays in-between your swim.

 

PETS

Our home is pet friendly! We kindly request a $100 flat fee per pet. Two pets max please. If you bring your pet, we request that you supervise them while outside.

 

PARKING

Up to 4 cars can be parked on the Driveway.

This was a great place for our family of 5 + our baby boy + 2 fur babies to stay! The home looked just like the pictures. We loved that every room had its own bathroom. This place was the perfect balance. Close enough to the shops and restaurants but far enough for peace and quiet. It’s tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and not surrounded by high-rise condos, yet it’s less than 10 minutes from the heart of Gulf Shores, so everything is still easily accessible. Beach access isn’t directly across the street, but both nearby public access points are within a short walk—totally manageable for a beach day. One especially helpful feature was the storage area in the carport—it included a beach wagon, umbrella, toys, and a couple of rafts. It made getting to the beach a lot easier and more fun for the whole family.

This space was great for our family of five to spend a long weekend in the Gulf Shore area! Great location--an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and Tiyashi provided a wagon which made packing up for and getting to the beach super easy. Inside the home was clean, bright and modern. Kitchen was stocked with the basics and we enjoyed making breakfast there each morning before heading out. One of the best parts of the home was the 4 full bathrooms which allowed us all to have our own space to get ready. It also was super convenient to have a washer/dryer on site (but bring your own detergent). When we had our fair share of the beach, it was nice to hang out at the on-site pool which was open until 10 pm. Tiyashi was a great communicator and checked in with us throughout our stay. Highly recommend this home for a family vacation! We will certainly be back!

This is so much more than cottage! Pristine surroundings and beautiful decor throughout, We felt so relaxed as soon as we walked through the door. Our family went to Gulf Shores, AL, to Tiyashi's listing, for Thanksgiving 2024. It was perfect for us. The unit is updated and bright. All three bedrooms have their own bathrooms within the bedroom with an additional full bathroom downstairs. The high ceilings make the unit feel even more spacious. To get to the ocean is a quick walk on the path behind the units and cross the street. No problem at all. Tiyashi was fantastic at communicating - fast response and always pleasant. I would rent this unit again.

This place was great! It was within walking distance to the beach. The wagon at the house was very useful for all our beach gear even though a little difficult to get through the sand. My only complaint about the location was the walk to the beach because I thought you could walk straight across but it is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and with a little baby it was a little more difficult than I anticipated but other than that our stay was so nice. We had a great vacation, largely because our “home base” was so pleasant and relaxing for our family of six. It was large enough for everyone to spread out when quiet time was needed, but also perfect space for family game night and watching TV together. The balcony was perfect for relaxing in the ocean breeze. The kitchen was well-stocked. Everything was clean and comfortable. Location was wonderful…close enough to the beach to comfortably walk, even with all the supplies, and not far from in-town activities. We really enjoyed the neighborhood pool as well. TiyaShi was friendly and accessible and SO easy to work with. And one of the best parts, no long list of cleaning/stripping beds, etc to do at checkout… it was a breeze! We would absolutely stay again.

We had a great time. Lots of young kids on the trip with us. We had a blast fishing off the pier and in the shallow spots of the lagoon. The walk to the beach was a ways with kids, but we were able to take the path behind the neighborhood and under the bridge so we did not have to cross any roads. We were very grateful the house came stocked with a beach wagon! Helped the haul for sure. Overall we were very pleased and will likely stay again.

There are just "No Words" for our experience!! The Host was "Amazing" from the beginning way before we even arrived!! The home was even more Beautiful than described and it also "Felt Like Home!!!" If you are looking for a beach house with flexibility, this is the one! You are steps to either the ocean or the bay! We enjoy using both, so this was the perfect mix. There is the dock steps from the door to explore and fish, and you are also just steps the other direction to the beach! The house is open, and still feels new. There is a nice community pool as well. This home was perfect for our group of 9. Covered parking for 4. Large deck with comfy outdoor sofa! We liked that each bedroom has its own private bathroom and a bonus full bath on the main. Plenty of towels and beach towels. We had a couple small hiccups but these host were right on top of it to make sure we had an easy relaxing stay! Loved the beach was not crowded in this area also! Will be an added "favorites" for future stays.

The Sand Haus is a fantastic option for those that want to be in on the western beach of Gulf Shores. For those unfamiliar, the western beach is made up more of beach houses rather than condo buildings like in Orange Beach, therefore the western beach is much more laid back, less crowded, and less active. This property is walking distance from the Callaway Bridge, which is an inlet to Little Lagoon. It's an easy walk across the street to a huge beach area. For the fishermen, this is an ideal spot to cast a line and watch the many pelicans and gulls diving for fish at the inlet of the lagoon. The property is just as advertised. It's well furnished, stylish, and upscale. It's just a short drive to the Hwy 59 intersection, so you're not far from restaurants, entertainment, and groceries. Lastly, the hosts were fantastic to communicate with. We had some issues with the front door, but Tiyashi was incredibly responsive and helped us immediately. This is definitely on my return list!

We loved this place. It is surrounded by the beach and lagoon so that made it easy for us to watch sunsets and sun rises. It is easy to find and get to. They allow pets, which made it super fun for our dogs to go on walks 2 or three times a day. There is a bike trail out back that runs up and down the island, which made it super easy to walk the dogs and there are 2 lagoon piers and a water walkway that go over the lagoon. Tiyashi is an amazing host. She communicated timely and responded quickly. If we needed anything then I felt like she would respond ASAP but we didn't. Everything was in place and as described. We loved the place and enjoyed how warm and friendly Tiyashi is. This is a must stay location and we are planning on coming back.

We stayed at TiyaShi's condo for a week in July for a softball tournament. We loved the location and it was one of the most well-stocked AirBnbs I've stayed in. As someone who needs her coffee to function in the morning, one of the first things I always worry about is getting to the store the night of check-in to purchase coffee once I see the type of coffee maker in my Airbnb. That was not a worry here - TiyaShi has a canister stocked with ground coffee, ready to brew. She also has a Keurig in addition to the regular coffee maker. The kitchen was stocked with all of the spices needed to make a great meal, as well as a lot of other odds and ends you might need - like pancake syrup. The kitchen was stocked with a toaster, blender, all of the utensils and pots/pans/dishes you could need to make a great meal for a large group as well. The home and decor was beautiful, the mattresses and bedding were incredibly comfortable - I actually took a picture of the label of the bedding so I could purchase the same comforter for my own bed at home because I slept so well. The appliances are all high-end, and everything was very modern and well-maintained. TiyaShi was great with communication - we didn't have any issues during our stay, but she reached out proactively to let us know how to reach her if there was anything we needed to make our stay better. If we travel back to Gulf Shores, we would have no hesitation staying with TiyaShi again.

We traveled in June to see what this cute little cottage has to offer. We stayed 4 nights and overall the only thing the owner should approve is her housekeeping. The bed sheets were not washed due to a very clear stain on bed. The bunk beds has daily bugs on it coming from somewhere. Although she tried to address the issue but the service wasn’t done correctly. Hope they will have a solution and make the stay a better clean area for the next bless family. Thank you!

What a wonderful house! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We had 6 adults, 1 teenager, and a baby and there was plenty of room to comfortably accommodate us. It seemed pretty new and was super clean. The location was stellar—a 5 minute walk from the beach and close to the Gulf Shores scene. It was also nice to be so close to a pool. TiyaShi was warm, friendly, and responded promptly whenever we had a question. I absolutely recommend this property.

No need to pack your beach necessities as it is already provided for you! Boogie boards, a beach buggy and umbrella are all located under the carport! You get the luxury of being on a path way with multiple piers that over look the lagoon and a few minute walk from the beach. Food on the island was a little hit or miss but this home came with everything needed to cook an amazing breakfast, lunch or dinner! Grill provided and plenty of cookware and most spices needed for any meal. Rooms were comfy and relaxing and the porch was the best place to enjoy a glass of wine with dinner. If we come back to gulf shores again, we will most definitely be staying here for the 2nd time! Communication with host was efficient and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend.

This place was incredible! Our favorite aspect of this place was the walking path behind the condos that go out to piers and also take you right down to the beach. The pier is the PERFECT place to watch the sunset. Be warned that there is no crosswalk to the public beach access and it is right below a small bridge, however, we felt very safe to cross because there was not much traffic. Excellent location! Off the beaten path but very close to all the things that Gulf Shores has to offer. Less than 15 minutes from the state park too! Beautiful pool and very family-friendly location. Not much noise at all besides kids at the pool during the day. The balcony was such a cozy place to sit and drink coffee in the mornings and you could even catch some of the sunset from the top of the stairs. We would definitely stay here again.
