We’re passionate travelers ourselves, and some of our favorite memories began by walking into a place that instantly felt right - warm, comfortable, and easy to settle into. That’s exactly the feeling we hoped to create here.

 

We designed all our homes to be a place where you can unwind, feel at home, and enjoy your stay with ease. Every detail was chosen with comfort in mind.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in: after 4:00 PM Check-out: by 10:00 AM We offer self check-in for your convenience. You’ll receive your check-in instructions, access code, and property details before arrival. If you need anything, feel free to reach out.
How do I check in?
All of our homes use self check-in. Guests will receive: Property address Door code / lockbox instructions Wi-Fi details Parking information These details are usually sent 24–48 hours before arrival.
Is parking included?
Parking is available at most properties, though the setup may vary by home (driveway, garage, or designated space). Your reservation message will include the exact parking instructions for the property you booked.
What’s the Wi-Fi password?
Wi-Fi network name and password are provided: In your check-in message before arrival Inside the home (usually in the welcome guide or displayed in the unit) If you have trouble connecting, message us anytime.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policies vary by property. Please check your specific listing details before booking. If pets are allowed: We ask that pets stay off furniture when possible Please clean up after them Additional pet fees may apply
Do you provide towels, linens, and toiletries?
Yes. Each home includes: Fresh bed linens Bath towels Hand soap Toilet paper Shampoo/body wash (where provided) Kitchens are also stocked with basic essentials for your stay.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes. Our kitchens typically include: Cookware and utensils Plates, bowls, cups Coffee maker Microwave Refrigerator Stove/oven Specific amenities may vary slightly by property, so feel free to ask if you need something specific.
Can I check in early or check out late?
We’re happy to accommodate when our schedule allows. Early check-in or late check-out depends on: Same-day arrivals/departures Cleaning schedule Maintenance needs Please message us in advance and we’ll do our best.
What should I do if something isn’t working?

Are parties or events allowed?
No—parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. We want all guests and neighbors to enjoy a peaceful stay, so we ask everyone to respect quiet hours and occupancy limits.

We came to Tennessee partly to celebrate our daughter’s graduation, and partly as a much needed family vacation. I had spent hours looking for the perfect spot, and Tiyashi’s home did not disappoint. It is both beautiful and modern, which was the look we were going for. Everything was very clean and neat as well. There are other homes in the area, but way up on the hill behind the house. We felt it was very private and peaceful. Tiyashi is a wonderful host, who was extremely responsive, kind and caring. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Tiyashi’s place. Great location nestled in very quite tranquil neighborhood. We would take walks in the evenings around the neighborhood and felt safe and as though we were in our own neighborhood. There is an outdoor that was very relaxing especially in the evenings. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our stay. I only wish we could have stayed there longer. Thank you Tiyashi for the accommodations.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The house itself was very nice and comfortable, and having 4 full bathrooms was a huge plus for our group—it made getting ready so much easier. The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, which we really appreciated. The location was also perfect for what we needed, especially with its proximity to the beach. Overall, a really enjoyable stay and we’d definitely come back!

The place was nice and clean. The parking is somewhat of a pain on the street as it’s on a different street. The other unit next door has a back patio and the other tenants can go out and there is a motion light that shines right in the bedroom and it can be noisy. Overall it was good.

Beautiful unit and very spacious. The place was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some of the meals. Very close to a public beach, about a 7 min walk. We really enjoyed our stay and our host was great and quick to respond!
